of a fantastic renovated building from approx. 1900 and located directly at
the underground station Schönhauser Allee, the entrance to the station is 200m
from the building. All apartments includes central heating and water,
classic wood flooring recently polished and wood doors and windows.
These 3-room apartments are decorated in warm colour schemes, beautiful renovated,
very quiet and clean, and consist of a large living/bedroom room, a bedroom,
a kitchen and a bathroom. Up to 5 guests can stay here. The living room is equipped
with leather sofas (which can be used as sofa beds), a large flat-screen TV
with cable channels. The bedrooms features large double beds with own TV.
Fully equipped kitchen is
a gas oven, refrigerator, water boiler, coffee maker, pots and pans, plates,
cups, utensils, etc.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a bath tub, a toilet and a hairdryer.
The rooms are cleaned, and the towels and bed covers are changed on a daily
basis. All of the rooms offer free Wi-Fi internet access.
